About me
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS), I have spent the last five years dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s complexities. I work with clients facing a wide range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career planning and challenges, and multicultural concerns. Additionally, I support those navigating drug and alcohol use, self-esteem and confidence issues, as well as motivation and attention challenges.
My therapeutic approach blends Humanistic, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused strategies, and Mindfulness practices. However, I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model; I always tailor my approach to best meet your unique treatment needs.
I am deeply committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel genuinely seen and heard. True healing requires an understanding of your whole self, which is why I adopt a multicultural and social justice lens in my practice. Together, we will honor your diverse background. I look forward to assisting you on your journey towards well-being, and collaborating on a path forward that aligns with your personal values and goals.
