As a dedicated mental health professional with a decade of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals, including adolescents, families, and adults. Over the years, I have developed specialized expertise in addressing self-harming behaviors, family dynamics, and relationship issues. I have over 10 years of experience helping adults, adolescents and families in crisis and exploring behavior patterns including self-harming. I find great joy in empowering my clients to explore their potential, set realistic objectives, and cultivate the skills necessary for lifelong success.
