About me
Mindful, Compassionate, Collaborative Care
You deserve a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been overwhelmed, overlooked, or stretched thin. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, eating concerns, grief, maternal mental health challenges, and life transitions that feel heavy or isolating.
I bring specialized training in grief counseling and perinatal/maternal mental health, along with experience supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. Whether you’re processing a loss, adjusting to parenthood, or feeling stuck in cycles of self-criticism or shame, I’m here to hold space for the full complexity of your experience.
My Approach
My work is person-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based treatment. I often integrate:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Strengths-Based and Solution-Focused Approaches
Specialized therapeutic frameworks for grief and eating disorders
Therapy moves at your pace—sometimes gently, sometimes with more structure—guided by what you need in the moment. Together, we’ll clarify what’s keeping you stuck and build tools that help you move forward with confidence, steadiness, and self-compassion.
Who I Work With
I support:
Adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and chronic stress
Individuals struggling with eating disorders or disordered eating
Women experiencing perinatal or postpartum challenges
Clients processing grief, loss, or difficult transitions
Anyone wanting to develop healthier patterns, deeper self-understanding, and emotional resilience
What You Can Expect
In our sessions, you can expect compassion, honesty, and genuine collaboration. My goal is for you to feel safe, grounded, and truly seen—while also leaving with practical tools and a clearer sense of possibility. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Let’s Get Started
Reaching out is a brave first step. If you’re ready to explore what healing and growth might look like for you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
