About me
I partner with parents, caregivers, and adults and adolescents to translate insight into action—reducing overwhelm, strengthening resilience, and creating measurable, sustainable change with tailored, strengths‑based care.
As a mom of four and someone who has spent more than a decade working with individuals with special needs and dementia, I bring a deep sense of empathy, patience, and real‑world understanding to the therapy room. My work has also been shaped by years of volunteering with Natalie’s Sisters, supporting women who have experienced sexual exploitation. These experiences have taught me the importance of safety, dignity, and meeting each person exactly where they are.
I have additional training in perinatal mental health and grief, and I’m passionate about supporting clients through life transitions, identity shifts, and the complex emotions that come with caregiving, loss, and change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, addiction, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a space where you can slow down, feel seen, and reconnect with your strengths.
My approach is highly individualized — I intentionally keep a small caseload so I can offer focused, thoughtful care that leads to tangible change. I draw from CBT, Solution‑Focused Therapy, and Person‑Centered modalities, and I often integrate art, mindfulness, DBT skills, and IFS parts work to support deeper insight and emotional regulation.
Clients describe me as warm, steady, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership: you bring your lived experience, and I bring tools, curiosity, and a commitment to helping you move toward the life you want. Together, we’ll build practical strategies, explore patterns with compassion, and create meaningful, sustainable shifts.
If you’re looking for a therapist who offers both gentle support and clear direction — someone who will honor your story while helping you create real change — I’d be honored to work with you.
