About me
My role as your therapist will be creating an environment that is queer and neurodivergent-affirming, non-judgmental, authentic, and safe so that you may learn more about yourself, grow, and be met with respect and appreciation for who you are.
Are you feeling exhausted or overwhelmed navigating the world? Are you struggling to identify your needs and how to best take care of your mental health? Are you feeling curious about your brain? As a neurodivergent therapist, I am passionate about supporting others as they explore their own neurodivergencies, with a specific focus on autism and ADHD. I'm particularly passionate about supporting those on a journey of autistic self-discovery. It would be my honor and privilege as your therapist to hold space for you as you explore your identities.
