As a Professional Counselor Associate, my approach to therapy is person-centered, integrative, holistic, neuroscience-informed, and thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I aim to create a safe and affirming space for self-exploration where clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. I deeply care about understanding the cultural, social, and political systems that inform my clients' experiences and identities. I want each client to feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered to explore their inner world.
My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, self-worth, relationships, parenting, LGBTQ+, ADHD, and holistic wellness. In addition to in-person and online sessions, I also offer outdoor walk-and-talk sessions.
Starting therapy is a brave step, and I understand how important it is to find a therapist who feels like the right fit. I honor the vulnerability it takes to reach out for support.
