Experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 20 years experience specializing in PTSD and Eating Disorders.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and the founder and owner of Inner Peace Therapeutic Services. I truly enjoy working with my clients and have over 20 years of experience working with a diverse clientele in the mental health field. I utilize an integrative theoretical approach incorporating theories of EMDR, CBT, CPT, Hypnotherapy, and TF-CBT. I am also a United States Air Force veteran and understand the military community’s unique challenges. In addition to my work with the military, I have extensive training with trauma victims, PTSD, and Eating Disorders. She served as the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator for the Army and sat on the board of the Rape Crisis Center. Her previous work experience includes working with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and victims of natural disasters.

She is an LCPC supervisor and provides supervision for graduate and post-graduate LGPCs. Dr. Grantland is also an Adjunct Professor in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at Walden University.
