I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field. As the founder of Inner Peace Therapeutic Services, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic care to a diverse range of clients. My approach is integrative, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Hypnotherapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

As a United States Air Force veteran, I have a deep understanding of the military community and the unique challenges service members and their families face. In addition to my military background, I have extensive training in trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Eating Disorders. My previous roles include serving as the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator for the Army and being a board member of the Rape Crisis Center. I also have extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and natural disasters.

In addition to my clinical work, I provide supervision for graduate and post-graduate Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPCs) as a Board-approved supervisor in the state of Maryland. I am also an Adjunct Professor in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at Walden University, where I help shape the next generation of counselors.
