About me
My name is Jacquetta Cobbs, LPC, CGP, and I'm so glad you're here. Reaching out for support is often one of the hardest steps, and you've already taken it. With over nine years of experience in mental health, I specialize in helping teens and young adults navigate grief, trauma, anxiety and depression in a compassionate, supportive environment.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I take a solution-focused, strengths-based approach, helping clients build on their resilience while identifying practical solutions. I also specialize in grief counseling, recognizing that grief is a unique and deeply personal experience that benefits from compassionate, individualized support.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I'll provide a warm, welcoming space where you can share at your own pace. Together, we'll explore your goals, identify the challenges you're facing, and create a path forward, with you leading the way and me supporting you along the journey.
