I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of life challenges. My background includes clinical mental health, school social work, crisis intervention, behavioral health, and work with children and families navigating educational and emotional needs.

My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping clients make meaningful progress—not simply talking about problems week after week. I believe therapy should provide a safe and respectful space while also helping you identify patterns, develop useful coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and make changes that carry over into everyday life.

I have particular experience working with anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, family and parenting concerns, life transitions, school-related challenges, and individuals who feel overwhelmed or stuck. My work in both clinical and educational settings has taught me that there is rarely a one-size-fits-all solution. I tailor my approach to the individual, their circumstances, and the goals that matter most to them.
