About me

I am a Registered Play Therapist and Eye Movement Desensitization and Repressing Certified Therapist who works with neurodivergent clients of all ages to cope with burn out, masking, executive dysfunction, anxiety, depression and perfectionism.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is neurodivergent myself, I deeply understand how exhausting everyday life can feel. Tasks that seem “simple” to others can take immense energy. You may feel misunderstood, behind, overstimulated, burned out, or constantly trying to adapt to systems that don’t fit how your brain works. Over time, this can lead to anxiety, shame, frustration, or a sense of losing yourself.

Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you—because you aren’t broken.

My goal is to work with you in a collaborative, creative, and affirming way, meeting you exactly where you are. Together, we focus on what already exists within you: your innate strengths, insights, and resilience. Rather than forcing you into rigid models, we build tools and strategies that actually fit your nervous system, your life, and your goals.

I bring over a decade of experience across diverse settings—including a college campus, treatment center, in-home services, a domestic violence shelter, and private practice. This background allows me to understand how mental health is shaped not just internally, but by relationships, environments, and systems of power and stress.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: you know yourself best. My role is to truly understand you—your patterns, needs, and experiences—so we can move you toward a place where you feel more regulated, more confident, and more like yourself again.

If you’re tired of masking, pushing through, or feeling like therapy “hasn’t worked before,” this space may be different. You deserve support that honors who you are—not who the world expects you to be.

Booking an appointment is a step toward relief, clarity, and self-trust. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
