About me
As a licensed therapist in Colorado and Texas, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex life experiences with compassion and expertise. My professional background focuses on helping clients address stress, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, with a particular commitment to creating affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ individuals. As a Registered Play Therapist and EMDR certified therapist I am trained to help clients at any age to meet them where they are at in the healing process.
My approach is deeply rooted in understanding each person's unique journey. I have extensive experience working with clients managing communication challenges, post-traumatic stress, and neurodiversity, including supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences and develop meaningful strategies for personal growth.
I aim to empower clients to build resilience, enhance self-understanding, and cultivate effective coping mechanisms. My therapeutic style centers on collaboration, respect, and honoring each individual's lived experience and inherent strengths. I hope to help each person get to a place where they feel they can express themselves to their fullest.
