About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC), and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I specialize in ADHD-focused assessment, diagnostic clarification, and treatment planning. I help clients understand how ADHD may affect attention, executive functioning, emotional regulation, relationships, work, school, and daily life.
When clinically appropriate, I provide provisional diagnoses and individualized treatment plans based on a comprehensive assessment of symptoms, history, and functioning. Diagnostic information can also help support requests for **IEPs, 504 Plans, educational accommodations, and workplace accommodations** when appropriate.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping clients understand their strengths, identify barriers, and develop strategies for meaningful success.
**Wondering if ADHD may be impacting your life? Schedule an ADHD assessment today to take the first step toward understanding your symptoms and finding the support you need.**
