About me
I work with clients who feel stuck in anxiety, depression, or self-doubt, especially during life changes or relationship challenges. Many share feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to express their needs. I provide a supportive space to explore feelings, build clarity and confidence, and develop tools for emotional balance. I'd be honored to support your journey.
My approach to therapy is warm, direct, and collaborative. Real growth happens when you feel both supported and gently challenged to see yourself in new ways. I create a safe space where you can unpack what’s been weighing on you, gain insight, and begin to heal.
In our sessions, I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and attachment theory to fit your needs, rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. You can expect sessions to be a mix of insight, practical tools, and real conversation. My clients often leave feeling understood, lighter, and more in control of their emotions.
If you’ve been saying things like, “I feel anxious all the time,” or “I’m tired of giving so much and getting so little in return,” you’re not alone. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, strength, and well-being. I would be honored to support you on this journey.
