About me
I specialize in supporting challenging dynamics between parents and children of all ages. I have a great deal of experience treating anxiety disorders and trauma through holistic means to bring about overall health and wellness.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and I am also trained in Parent Child Interaction Therapy. I am a graduate of University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelors in Psychology and Neuroscience and Chatham University with a Masters in Counseling Psychology. I also have a Master Herbalist diploma from American College of Health Sciences and work to treat clients holistically.
I have worked with many different concerns, ranging from attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder to trauma, as well as anxiety and depression. I was a school-based therapist and am familiar with school concerns and supporting educational issues. I have a great deal of experience coaching parents on managing behavioral issues in children ages 2 and up.
I can coach extremely effective parenting solutions via video therapy. I am able to support you via video therapy from the comfort and convenience of your home. I look forward to working with you!
