About me
I am a licensed psychologist specialized in Trauma, PTSD, Personality Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and Sex Therapy. The journey to mental wellness does not have a "one sized fits all" solution which is why I use many modalities such as somatic therapy, exposure therapy, CBT, DBT, and EFT to customize personal treatment plans.
I'm very laid back and down to earth. I enjoy a comfortable setting where everyone feels safe. I only offer virtual therapy at this time, which, in my opinion, offers the optimum opportunity to find the most comfortable place to start your mental health journey. I offer a no judgment zone as well as a safe place for LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples.
I am a mother, a dog mom, gardener, and self proclaimed chef!
