Hi there! Hi, I'm so glad you are here! I know from experience how daunting it can be to begin the search for a new therapist. This is the first step to feeling more connected.
I have diverse personal experiences that have helped to create the therapist I am today. I have worked with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and first responders with a wide range of struggles. I specialize in trauma, play therapy, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and behaviors.

I love to work with clients of all ages. I have school based, hands-on experience to help with the ever complicated school/home dynamics. My experience allows me to support the entire family system. I am here for you whether you need support with parent/child relationships or assistance with your journey for overall well-being.

I also have a unique perspective and experience with First Responders. I know how the daily grind can be one that seems typical, until it's not so typical. Do you find yourself becoming agitated a little easier these days? Can't seem to shake that "one" call? I've been there and know the stigma of reaching out for help.

I am a Purdue University Graduate, Nationally Certified Counselor, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I take pride in being a Client Centered Therapist.
