About me
I am an experienced mental health counselor who enjoys working with teens and adults in working through anxiety and depression. I also enjoy working with athletes, business leaders, and others who feel they are struggling to meet perceived expectations.
I have been a counselor in various capacities and experiences over the last 16 years. When you meet with me, you can expect compassion and empathy as we walk your journey together.
Life is hard and sometimes we need help finding our way through. Whether you have experienced trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, difficult relationships, and overwhelming expectations, I want to help you.
I utilize various different approaches to therapy depending on your situation/circumstances. Thislese therapeutic processes are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT.).
