I am a licensed psychologist and practice owner who works with teens and adults who feel misunderstood or stuck, whether in therapy or daily life, and are seeking diagnostic clarity to make sense of their experiences. I specialize in the assessment of ADHD and Autism, utilizing a comprehensive approach that emphasizes differential diagnosis- carefully distinguishing between overlapping traits of neurodivergence and mental health conditions. Through this approach, clients gain not only clarity regarding their referral questions but also a deeper, affirming understanding of themselves. I recognize that sharing your story in an effort to find answers is not an easy request; thus, I strive to approach the evaluation process with an affirming and empathetic standpoint so that all clients feel truly seen, heard, and valued throughout the process.

The evaluation itself involves an in-depth clinical interview and encourages collaboration with friends, family members, and/or providers to gain a better perspective. Psychological testing is tailored to the client's individual questions and needs, and a feedback session is provided to outline all testing results, explain what those results mean, and discuss diagnosis and next steps. Clients receive a detailed report that outlines their story, their diagnosis, and recommendations for moving forward in treatment, day-to-day life, work/school, and relationships.
