With over 14 years of experience in the Behavioral Health field, I have held roles in Administration, Human Resources, and skill building. For the past 7 years, I have been providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents and adults. My approach to therapy is holistic, focusing on the whole person rather than just symptoms. I believe in highlighting and leveraging each client's strengths, helping them to build resilience and achieve lasting change.

In my practice, I offer tailored support to address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, anger management, and substance use. I work closely with clients to develop healthier ways of expressing and managing anger, focusing on improving communication skills, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution.
