Hello! My expertise is in adult relational therapy. Relationships have the biggest impact on our lives. Getting what you need and desire out of yourself or others is where the growth and opportunity reside within the therapeutic process.
My practice is focused on adult modern relationship therapy. I see clients for individual therapy and couples in select cases (see my website). I tailor my practice to clients that are struggling with all types of traditional and non-traditional modern relationship issues, divorce spectrum issues, family composition issues, and family dynamic issues. Relational patterns and ways of dealing with powerful emotions can be reworked. Navigating boundaries, conflict, loss, change, transition, and acceptance can be both enriching and empowering.
