About me
I have been practicing as a psychotherapist for over 25 years, providing individual, couples, and marriage family therapy. I have experience in the field of LGBTQT issues and have extensive experience in the treatment of major mental illness, depression, anxiety, and bipolar.
I have been in the practice of psychotherapy for over 25 years. During this time I have been using the most effective methods of therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy with a focus of the primary goal of all therapy, autonomy. That is when each individual is empowered to make independent decisions apart from the influence of others. To become a fully self-actualized individual.
