Having lived through many of the everyday, but very stressful events of life, I have dedicated my years of service to moving my clients through life's daily challenges ... some harsher than others ... to a place of greater satisfaction. I have continued to educate myself through my 35 years of practice and strive now to offer the benefits of all my experience and education to those who seek me out.

I believe that life's early challenges often continue to act upon us, even as we progress and succeed. I do not believe we are ever set in stone. We continue to evolve. The hope I offer is that our evolution is in the direction that will bring greater satisfaction in daily life.
In the many years of my practice, I have worked with children as young as 3 and adults of all ages and stages. Some were navigating troubles; some were struggling to manage new challenges. I offer my clients a controlled dive into the issues currently stressing them, into the outstanding issues of their past (as far back as they can remember) and into an exploration of ways to achieve abatement or resolution of their stressors and ways to prevent their recucrrrence.
