About me
I support children, teens, young adults, adults, and older adults in healing from anxiety, depression, and trauma, offering faith-based Christian care when appropriate and desired.
I am a compassionate mental health professional dedicated to supporting children, teens, young adults, adults, and older adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life’s transitions. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected throughout their healing journey.
My approach is eclectic and client-centered, meaning I thoughtfully draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and other therapeutic approaches—to meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I believe effective care is flexible, intentional, and collaborative.
When requested, I also integrate Christian faith-based principles into therapy, honoring clients’ spiritual beliefs while maintaining ethical and professional standards of care. I view healing as a process that involves the mind, heart, and soul, and I walk alongside clients as they develop insight, resilience, and healthy coping skills.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, my goal is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope—at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
