About me
I work with adults navigating the demands of relationships, education, careers, personal growth, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are managing anxiety, depression, stress, self-doubt, relationship concerns, or the pressure of trying to balance multiple responsibilities while figuring out what they want from the next stage of their lives.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the belief that therapy should provide more than a place to talk. I help clients better understand the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that influence how they think, feel, and respond to challenges. Together, we work toward developing greater insight, healthier coping strategies, confidence, and meaningful changes that can be carried into everyday life.
I strive to create an open and nonjudgmental environment where clients can speak honestly, explore difficult experiences, and develop a clearer understanding of themselves and the direction they want their lives to take.
