About me
I am a mental health counselor who values working with adults experiencing struggles with religious trauma, mood disorders, navigating LGBTQIA+ identity exploration, and life transitions.
I am passionate about inclusivity, especially in working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds such as those who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, minority status, and so much more. Therapy is not an easy process, and it can be difficult to realize that you are struggling in the first place. However, if you are feeling stuck, unsure, or dealing with unexpected change, I am here to remind you it does not have to be your forever. By working with you to explore both your history and your present to reveal the root of the issues you face, I will work with you to empower you with confidence, resiliency, courage, and hope.

I often work with college students as well as those in a time of transition in their lives. I love working with topics such as anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, OCD, and many other presenting concerns. I deeply appreciate the variety and uniqueness you bring to the therapy space and will meet you where you are!

I hold a Master's degree Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Candidate gaining supervised hours towards full licensure. I am also Gottman-trained through Level 2 and pursuing additional training in trauma-informed care.

Reaching out for support can feel daunting, and if you're here, you’ve already taken a huge step. Healing and growth starts with a conversation. If you're considering beginning therapy or you want to learn more about what working together might look like, I’d love to connect with you, and I am here for you when you are ready.
