About me
Have you recently lost a loved one? Are you finding yourself alone for the first time in decades? Maybe you are suffering from a chronic or terminal illness. I am here to provide a safe space for you, a place in where you can feel comfortable sharing your experience and your story. My job is to help you overcome what you are going through while providing adequate coping skills and resources. Specializing in grief and bereavement for older adults who feel alone. Life is challenging and hard at times, but you don't have to do it alone. Together we can work towards your healing at your own time and your own pace.
My approach is from an existentialist, humanistic and person-centered approach keeping in mind we are all human beings going through this life experience together, your focus is front and center. My goal is to provide a safe and therapeutic space in which you will feel comfortable and supported to work on whatever issue is pressing you currently.
Starting this journey can feel overwhelming, but it does not have to feel that way. Know that I am here to support you and answer any questions you may have.
