I am an experinced, compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) committed to helping individuals overcome anxiety, depression, and life’s challenges while building a more meaningful and balanced life.

I often work with adults who experience a variety of symptoms or issues that keep them from the life they want to be living. Many are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, or even questions about identity and purpose. Some come looking for healing, breakthroughs, and/or recovery that they haven't been able to find on their own. Most clients want to better understand patterns that likely stem from trauma. Together we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin building practical tools that help people move forward with a greater sense of clarity, purpose, and direction.

I use a blend of approaches to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We will work together to explore and identify patterns that may be hindering your personal growth. For clients who value faith, a Christian perspective can also be thoughtfully integrated into our work, but people of all backgrounds are welcomed and treated with equal care.

Starting therapy can seem uncomfortable, especially if you're used to handling things on your own. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, understood, and supported without judgment. True and lasting progress doesn't come overnight. We will work to find your best path forward based on your beliefs, values, specific needs, & existing strengths.
