About me
Dr. Stewart is trained in therapeutic interventions including CBT, DBT, ACT, and client-centered therapy, treating a variety of diagnoses, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and bipolar disorder. Dr. Stewart continues to hone her skills as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, pursuing further knowledge in therapeutic techniques, including earning certifications in DBT and trauma-informed care.
Change can be difficult as individuals can become stuck and feel they are unable to find a path forward. We work with clients to create a safe space and facilitate their growth at a pace which they find comfortable and achievable. Assessment and treatment planning are individualized to meet the client's therapeutic goals.
