I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern with inpatient psychiatric hospital experience, dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges, substance use, and life transitions.

I bring extensive experience working in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of challenges—including major mental health diagnoses, substance use disorders, and detox. These experiences have given me the skills to meet clients in their most vulnerable moments with compassion, respect, and evidence-based care.
In my practice, I focus on creating a safe and collaborative space where you can feel understood and supported. I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based techniques, and solution-focused strategies, tailoring each session to your unique goals and needs.
