About me

Support adolescents and their families in navigating the challenges of adolescence, addressing a wide range of emotional, social, and academic issues. Provide guidance, resources, and interventions to promote personal growth, resilience, and healthy development during this critical life stage.

I’m a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, certified in EMDR and Prepare & Enrich couples’ work. But beyond the credentials, I’m also a wife and a mom raising multiple teens, so when I talk about navigating relationships, parenting stress, and emotional overwhelm, it’s not just professional. It’s personal.

My passion for therapy was born out of both personal experience and professional calling. I know what it’s like to juggle marriage, parenting, and purpose, and I know how transformative therapy can be in bringing clarity, healing, and deep connection where there was once chaos or disconnect.

I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families heal from trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and build stronger, more unshakable relationships. Using evidence-based tools like EMDR and attachment-focused therapy, I walk alongside you in the hard moments, whether you’re navigating teen parenting, feeling stuck in your marriage, or simply wondering, “Is there more to life than this constant stress?”

Therapy with me is real, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe in the power of safe spaces, honest conversations, and small steps that lead to big change. My goal? To help you reclaim peace, deepen your relationships, and step fully into who you were created to be.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. Let’s find your way forward - together.
