Ingrid is a Certified Clinical Neuropsychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over ten years of clinical experience and expertise in stress and traumatic stress disorders, relational dynamics, and behavioral health, including addictions. Her comprehensive practice is dedicated to supporting individuals (13 and older), families, and couples through a variety of challenges, including stress management, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, life transitions, achievement and motivation, loneliness, personal growth and self-confidence, and difficulties in interpersonal relationships.
