About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. With experience working across a diverse range of concerns—including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions—I'm here to help you navigate what you're facing with compassion and skill.
My work centers on helping clients build self-love, improve communication, process grief and loss, and develop healthier relationship patterns. I'm particularly passionate about supporting women, young adults, and individuals working through attachment issues, mood challenges, financial stress, and workplace concerns. I also specialize in helping people heal from trauma, abuse, and domestic violence, as well as supporting those managing personality-related concerns and codependency patterns.
I believe in meeting you where you are and honoring your unique identity and experiences. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices designed to foster genuine insight and meaningful change at your own pace. I'm committed to creating a safe, affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you move toward greater wellness and purpose.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm truly honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
