About me
Imagine helps adolescents and adults heal their relationship with food, body image, and themselves. She specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, body shame, trauma, anxiety, and perfectionism, offering a warm, relational, and deeply attuned space where clients feel genuinely seen and understood. Imagine integrates psychodynamic, somatic, cognitive-behavioral, and EMDR approaches, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs and experiences.
Imagine earned her Master’s degree from the University of Michigan and has experience across inpatient and outpatient levels of care. She is EMDR-trained and has completed specialized training through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) and the Center for Body Trust, as well as certification in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT).
Whether you can clearly name the experiences that shaped you or are just beginning to explore them, you deserve a space that feels safe and steady. Imagine offers an authentic environment to process patterns around food, body image, relationships, and self-worth—creating room for healing and reconnection to the parts of you that feel most like home.
