About me
I am a pre-licensed counselor experienced in CBT, DBT, and MI. I've helped clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes in outpatient, community, and healthcare settings. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to work toward your goals.
I enjoy working with individuals in their late-teens to mid-adulthood who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, past trauma, or the weight of ongoing life stressors. They may be navigating the complexities of chronic illness or disability, and they're looking for a space where they can feel understood without judgment. They want tools to manage their emotions, improve their relationships, and feel more in control of their life. Ultimately, they’re seeking clarity, healing, and a stronger sense of self—and they’re ready to take the first step toward meaningful change.
I support clients facing trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, including those living with chronic disabilities. I use a trauma-informed, individualized approach with CBT, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered techniques to help clients heal, grow, and feel more in control of their lives.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready for change or just need a space to be heard, I’m here to help. I’d be honored to walk alongside you—feel free to reach out when you’re ready! You can call to leave a message or email me directly 24/7 and I'll get back to you within 48 hours.
