Are you going through the motions of everyday life? Are you exhausted and find yourself feeling stuck, unfocused and overwhelmed, yet completely underwhelmed? I support a holistic approach (mind, body, soul), with emphasis in resilience building, self-compassion, and trauma recovery. Together we’ll make sense of your struggle, build self-compassion, explore inner resources, and discover how to transform difficulty into growth and vitality.
By listening for understanding and providing an environment of acceptance and warmth, I'll guide you through a process of self-awareness, growth and change. A counseling approach with emphasis on Somatic, Cognitive and Attachment theories; specifically utilizing my training in SE, IFS, EMDR and EFT, allows us to work collaboratively to promote healing, .
