About me
An experienced licensed professional counselor in the state of Tennessee and Virgina with over 12 years of experience helping adults live a life free of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and feeling no longer feeling "not enough."
I specialize in therapy for perfectionistic, people-pleasing adults who feel “never enough,” focusing on anxiety, stress, and trauma. The goal is to stop feeling burned out, angry, disconnected, and wondering who you are, leading to less stress, more connection, and being more present in your life. I provide supportive and empathetic treatment while providing challenges to push you to confront the difficult parts of life. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling less burdened by expectations, a sense of control over their choices and lives, and an optimistic, forward-looking perspective.
