About me
As a culturally informed therapist who lives between cultures, I support women in reconnecting with themselves, setting boundaries with care, and building lives that feel both authentic and grounded. I am especially passionate about supporting women navigating grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, healing from abusive relationships, neurodivergence, and life transitions.
Hi! I’m Hudia. I’m a licensed clinical social worker, daughter of immigrants, middle child (if you know, you know) and someone who deeply understands what it means to live between cultures.
Therapy with me is collaborative. My approach is rooted in a humanistic, client-centered, trauma-informed, and systems-oriented lens. I believe in creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered as the expert of your own experience. I may ask thoughtful questions, reflect patterns, or offer new perspectives... all with care, intention and the occasional light humor. Think of me as someone who will sit with you in the hard moments, but also lovingly call you out (in the kindest way possible).
I integrate tools from cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques, while exploring how early childhood experiences and the systems you grew up in (family, culture, relationships) have shaped your patterns, relationships, and sense of self. We move at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable to you.
