I am a highly experienced and culturally competent professional clinical social worker and mental health practitioner. I have a diverse background in team leadership, performance management, and administering psychosocial assessments. I possess a strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organizational skills, that are well-suited for a variety of job titles such as therapist, executive clinical director, clinical manager, LMHC, professional, leader, therapist, staff, provider, and more. I have a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Counseling Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, a Master of Social Work, and a Master of Education in Guidance & Counseling. Further, I have experience working in various industries such as mental health care, non-profits, clinical research, and social services. My skill set include case management, motivational interviewing, counseling, social services, management, behavioral health, psychological assessment, and more.
