About me

Get to know me:
I'm a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) based in Asheville, NC, with over five years of experience providing individual therapy for adults. I specialize in stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, and LGBTQ+ issues. My approach is authentic, compassionate, creative, and flexible — I aim to make therapy feel safe, supportive, and even enjoyable. As someone who is neurodivergent, disabled, and Demi, I bring personal insight and empathy to the work I do.
My Approach:
My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I see therapy as a sacred, judgment-free space to share stories, build skills, and interrupt loneliness. I tailor methods to your needs and interests, drawing from a range of modalities including Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, ACT, Mindfulness, Psychoeducation, and Art Therapy. At the core, I believe in meeting people where they are — with honesty, empathy, and curiosity.
Focus:
I provide individual therapy for adults, focusing on stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ issues, and trauma. I also integrate my background in Sociology and Anthropology to explore how culture, current events, and systemic oppression impact mental health. My practice is a safe, inclusive space — especially for marginalized communities.
