Aloha! Welcome! I know this process of finding the right fit in a therapist can feel very challenging and maybe even overwhelming. My first goal in connecting is to help you feel safe, seen and accepted without judgement. Together, we'll work towards greater clarity, self-awareness, confidence, resilience, inner peace, meaning, and fulfillment!
My approach is evidence-based, holistic, compassionate and trauma-informed. Recognizing the powerful connection between, mind, body, heart, and spirit, taking a strengths based and positive psychology approach, we incorporate inner child- parts work, mindfulness and EFT Tapping, to help heal old wounds and create lasting change.
