In his therapeutic service, Hernan uses an eclectic approach integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), existential-humanistic therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, & philosophical & theological aspects to treatment.
