About me

I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed or stuck, offering trauma-informed, faith-integrated, systemic and intergenerational therapy to support healing, emotional regulation, and restored connection.

I believe healing happens best within safe, compassionate relationships. I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of the people I support are navigating the impact of trauma, chronic stress, relational conflict, grief, or intergenerational wounds that affect how they see themselves, relate to others, and move through the world.
My approach is trauma-informed, systemic, and relational, grounded in the understanding that we are shaped by our families, experiences, and stories across generations. I integrate Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients make sense of their experiences, identify inherited patterns, and develop healthier ways of relating. Therapy is not about blame or quick fixes, but about increasing awareness, restoring emotional regulation, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
A central part of my work focuses on emotional regulation and nervous system safety. When emotions feel overwhelming or relationships feel tense, it is often a sign that the body and mind have learned to protect in ways that once helped but are no longer needed. Together, we work to build practical tools that support calm, clarity, and more intentional responses—allowing individuals, couples, and families to move from survival toward connection.
I also integrate faith and spiritual formation into therapy when desired. For clients who value their faith, spirituality can be a powerful source of meaning, resilience, and healing. I approach faith integration with sensitivity and respect, allowing it to be guided by each client’s beliefs, values, and comfort level. My goal is to honor both clinical care and spiritual identity in a way that feels supportive, not imposed.
With over ten years of service in the mental health field, it is a privilege to serve individuals, couples, and families as they explore their stories and move toward healing. I practice under clinical supervision and am committed to ethical, compassionate care, ongoing learning, and collaboration. Therapy is a space where you are not expected to have everything figured out—only a willingness to show up honestly.
Beginning therapy can feel like a vulnerable step, especially if you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. My hope is to offer a space where you feel seen, supported, and respected as we work together toward healing, restoration, and renewed connection.
