About me
My name is Helon Belton, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I have worked with Veterans, in addition, men, and women struggling with the following diagnosis PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Substance use, and Self-Esteem issues.
I value creating a safe space to provide support that looks at the whole person. I feel it is important to reset and restore ourselves to regaining control of our lives and learning to live the life we desire. I utilize a person-centered approach that leaves you in charge and we go at your pace, where I merely guide you on your journey of self-discovery, transformation, healing and supports you in finding the solutions you have been seeking.
