Hello and welcome to my profile!!! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in California with over 9 years experience working with a wide variety of individuals. I believe that with the right support, people are capable of healing, developing resilience, and creating lasting positive change in their lives.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. My background includes extensive experience in both mental health and dual-diagnosis treatment settings, where I have provided individual and group therapy to diverse populations.

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Together, we can work toward developing healthier coping skills, improving emotional well-being, strengthening relationships, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals affected by substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, and family conflict in residential, outpatient, and recovery-focused settings. I also have experience supporting adolescents and foster youth with emotional regulation, self-esteem, and healthy relationship development.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Marital and Family Therapy from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and am committed to providing culturally sensitive, ethical, and client-centered care. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and capable of building a healthier and more fulfilling life.
