I am a clinically diverse therapist who is dedicated to helping adults, teens and children discover how they can shift from suffering to freedom.

I am passionate about assisting individuals through their trials, as challenges endured without help can feel crippling. I have worked with students, adults, military, first responders, LGBTQ+, families and individuals confronted by anxiety, depression, obsessive behaviors, spiritual warfare, behavioral deficits, trauma, PTSD and abuse. Too many today suffer from feeling "stuck" and can experience overall feelings of emptiness, but there are options that can assist each person to instead improve their quality of life and maintain a forward motion towards a sense of peace.



I utilize evidenced-based practices that empower individuals within all walks of life from six-years-old to late adulthood facing a wide variety of struggles. As a military spouse, I am dedicated to serving our first responders and military as one who comprehends our culture, lifestyle and verbiage. The COVID-19 pandemic has also affected adults, parents and adolescents deeply and many are suffering. This awareness has led me to work in depth with our youth and adults through the many struggles that they are facing. I feel that when our adolescents in particular are given safe clinical support, their self-discovery process can be healthy with self recognition of their unique value, particularly while navigating through their life changes while in the midst of this era.



I earned a master’s degree from Liberty University as a Clinical Mental Health Professional and have been board certified as a Nationally Certified Counselor. Aware that each person will benefit uniquely from counseling, I have practiced tailoring techniques such as mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral interventions, play therapy, sand tray therapy and am practiced in EMDR.

Above all, I believe that every person should experience the freedom of knowing that they can simply come as they are. I am currently providing individual, family and group counseling for children, adolescents and adults. I look forward to meeting you!
