About me
I am an experienced Mental Health Therapist that utilizes an integrated, person-centered approach from a trauma-informed perspective, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build emotional resilience and distress tolerance that improve quality of life for clients and their ability to recall strategies that improve daily functioning. I am dedicated to helping adults and teens cope with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, life transitions, and anger.
If you are someone who feels stuck, emotionally, mentally, or in a life pattern you can’t seem to break, but still has a spark of hope that things can be different. Maybe you're struggling with anxiety, depression, self-worth, or trauma, or facing a major life transition like a breakup, career change, or the loss of a loved one. Life can be overwhelming, leaving us feeling lonely. I would love to assist you with the journey of healing and learning new, healthy habits to cope with common life stressor. I can offer a safe, judgement free space to assist clients with understanding and coping with life changes and struggles. I have experience using trauma-informed therapy, person-center approach, CBT, DBT, and IPT to assist clients with developing healthy strategies.
