About me
I am an experienced therapist who is dedicated to providing results for youth and adults cope with life transitions.
In therapy, I aim to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom. You already hold the answers — I’m just here to help you hear them more clearly. I work with teens and adults navigating life’s stressors, shifts, stuck points, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, trauma, self-esteem, bullying, family conflict, adoption, identity, addiction, attachment, religious trauma, autism, personality disorders, ODD, dual diagnosis, codependency and more. I also support clients within the LGBTQIA community.
My style is warm, supportive, and open-minded. I’ll meet you where you are while also gently challenging you to grow. I truly enjoy connecting with others in an authentic way and forming genuine relationships with my clients rooted in trust and acceptance.
My approach is nonjudgmental, compassionate, and identity-centered care—because I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in healing. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I am trained in Brainspotting—a powerful, neuroscience-based modality that can help process trauma more deeply and efficiently. Many of my clients have found Brainspotting to be transformative, especially when other approaches haven’t gone far enough.
Together, we’ll create space for clarity and healing through mindfulness, brainspotting, and real conversations. I don’t believe in giving you a list of shoulds — I believe in helping you trust yourself, because you know your life best.
