About me
Compassion, warmth, and creative problem-solving are the hallmark style and approach to counseling, in order to inspire lasting empowerment & growth. Cultivating self-confidence, empowerment, compassion, warmth, and creative insight are at the heart of your healing journey and my unique approach.
You deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood. Together, we create a compassionate, welcoming environment where you can begin making sense of what you’re feeling, reconnect with yourself, and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being. You are welcomed into a safe space of reconnection.

In our work together, we partner as a team to strengthen your self-confidence, self-understanding, and inner calm. My approach is rooted in compassion, warmth, and creative problem-solving, blending mindfulness and practical insight to support your growth. I believe healing the heart begins with nurturing self-care, presence, and personal responsibility. As you cultivate greater self-acceptance and compassion, you naturally expand your capacity for resilience, empowerment, and authentic living, creating a balanced life aligned with your true values and purpose. I believe we are all connected by the same desire to love and be loved, to feel safe in who we are, and to contribute something meaningful in the world.
As a student for life, I’m committed to lifelong learning and professional growth, continually expanding my knowledge in evidence-based and holistic approaches to healing. My ongoing education includes advanced studies in trauma recovery, mindfulness-based therapy, yoga therapy, Ayurveda, wellness and nutrition, and integrative spiritual psychology. I’ve also explored emerging modalities such as Compassion Key, somatic awareness, and mind-body integration practices. With more than 30 years of personal healing and professional experience, I bring a grounded, compassionate perspective to our work, drawing from both ancient wisdom and modern psychology to support emotional balance, resilience, and authentic self-expression.
