About me

I am an experienced licensed clinical social worker who specializes in helping adults identify and change the patterns that keep them in survival mode.

Many of the people I work with are self‑aware, capable adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or exhausted on the inside as they manage careers, family, relationships, and responsibilities. Many are stuck in survival mode or caught in patterns around substance use, relationships, or coping that they can’t seem to shift on their own. They’ve tried to push through, make changes, or “figure it out,” but the same patterns keep pulling them back into old cycles.

As a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years in behavioral health and a decade specializing in substance use and addiction, I help clients understand what’s driving those patterns so they can finally experience relief that lasts. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping you make sense of your internal world in a way that feels clear and empowering, not clinical or confusing. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and create new ways of moving through the world that feel grounded and authentic.

In our work together, we’ll look at the emotional, cognitive, and protective strategies that have helped you survive, while building new ways of relating to yourself that create more balance, stability, and self‑trust. Whether you’re navigating substance use, anxiety, burnout, or long‑standing behavior patterns that feel hard to change, therapy can help you reconnect with who you are beneath the pressure to perform, explain, or hold everything together.

My goal is to offer a space where you can slow down, understand what’s driving your symptoms and patterns, and move toward a more balanced, grounded, and aligned version of yourself.
